Your Tasks
- Leitung und Überwachung von Konstruktionsprojekten
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Konstruktionsteams
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse und Systeme der Konstruktion
- Planung und Überwachung von Freigabe-Prüfungen bei neuen Teilen und Produkten
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Freigabe von technischer Dokumentation
- Sicherstellung der zeit-, qualitäts- und kostengerechten Umsetzung der Konstruktionsaufgaben
- Weiterentwicklung der Konstruktion zu kostenoptimierten Designs
- Einführung und Nutzung moderner Technologien, insbesondere von KI-gestützten Anwendungen, in Konstruktion und Produktentwicklung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Koordination mit anderen technischen Fachbereichen (Zerspanung und Montage) und technische Unterstützung des Vertriebs

Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des Maschinenbaus
- Mindestens acht Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Konstruktion
- Projektleitungs- und Führungserfahrung
- Lösungs- und kostenorientierte, sowie selbstständige, analytische, strukturierte und fachübergreifende Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kenntnisse von 3D CAD-Systemen
- Fähigkeit Mitarbeiter zu führen und zu motivieren
- Reisebereitschaft sowie gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
