- Creation of CNC programs using the CAD/CAM software Top Solid 7
for 5-axis CNC machining centers and/or turning/milling centers - Maintaining the post-processor and carrying out machine simulations
- Creation and maintenance of tools and tool models in Wintool
- Running in and optimizing complex turning and milling production parts (individual parts to small series)
- Production of complex turned/milled production parts (individual parts to small series)
- Setting up the required cutting tools
- Setting up machining centers
- Carrying out and ensuring the quality inspection of production parts

Requirements

Completed training as a cutting machine operator with very good knowledge of CNC machining
-
Advanced knowledge of CAD/CAM programming

Knowledge of Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens control systems advantageous

Several years of professional experience in a machining environment (turning/milling)
-
Experience and knowledge of working with 5-axis milling centers and/or complex turning/milling centers
-
Analytical thinking and quality-oriented way of working

Motivation for further training
-
Careful and precise way of working, reliability

Ability to communicate and work in a team, willingness to take responsibility

Additional qualification as a technician is advantageous
